What to Do If You Forget Your Password

If you cannot access your MyNotes account because you have forgotten your password, follow the steps below to reset it.

1. Go to the Login Page

Visit the MyNotes login page and click on the “Forgot Password” link located beneath the login form.

2. Enter Your Email Address

On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your MyNotes account. Click Submit.

3. Check Your Email

You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. This link is valid for a limited time, so be sure to act promptly.

If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

4. Set a New Password

Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password. Choose a strong and memorable password for security.

5. Log In Again

Once your new password is set, return to the login page and sign in using your updated credentials.
