Troubleshooting: Notes Not Saving or Displaying

If your notes are not saving or displaying correctly, here are a few steps to help resolve the issue.


1. Check Your Internet Connection

MyNotes saves notes in real time, but a stable internet connection is required. If you lose connection, the note may not be saved.


  • Refresh the page once your internet is back


  • Retry adding the note after reconnecting


2. Browser Issues

Occasionally, browser extensions or outdated software can cause issues.

Try the following:


  • Clear your browser cache


  • Disable ad blockers or interfering extensions


  • Use the latest version of your browser type


3. Note Limit Reached

If you are on the Basic plan and have 30 notes, you will not be able to add more until:


  • You delete existing notes


  • Or upgrade to Premium


4. Try a Different Device or Browser

If problems persist, try accessing MyNotes from another device or browser to determine if the issue is local.


5. Contact Support
