At MyNotes, your safety is our top priority. While MyNotes is designed as a private, personal space, we understand that online safety is always important — especially if you use features like sending notes to others.

Here are some essential safety tips to help you stay secure while using the platform.

1. Never Share Personal Information in Notes You Send

If you choose to send a note to another user, do not include sensitive information like:

  • Passwords

  • Banking or payment information

MyNotes is not intended for sharing sensitive information between users.

2. Watch for Impersonation

We will only contact you via our offical MyNotes email address

  • MyNotes will never ask for your password or personal details via a note.

If someone claims to be MyNotes support in a note, do not respond or share any information. Instead, report it through the Help Center.

3. Protect Your Account

To help keep your account safe:

  • Use a strong, unique password

  • Do not share your login details

  • Log out if you're using a public or shared device

If you suspect someone has accessed your account, reset your password immediately.

4. Reporting Suspicious Activity

If you receive a suspicious note or believe another user is impersonating someone, please let us know.

To report it:

  • Take a screenshot if possible

  • Contact us through the Help Center and include the name and email address involved.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly.

5. We’re Here to Help

Our support team is here to assist you and ensure that MyNotes remains a safe environment for everyone.
