How to Report a User on MyNotes

If you receive a suspicious note, or feel another user is violating our policies, you can report them directly through the Help Center.

To Report a User:

• Go to the Help Center. You can access the Help Center from the footer of the website.

• Click the Red Flag Icon.You will find a red flag icon in the corner of the Help Center homepage. Click it to begin your report.

• Enter the Details. Fill out the form with as much information as possible, including:

  The user’s full name

  A description of what happened

  Any other details

  
  

Once submitted, our support team will review the report and take appropriate action if necessary.

What Happens Next?

We take all reports seriously. While we may not be able to share the outcome of an investigation, we will always work to protect the safety of our users.
